Month of coordination includes the following & so much more!
- Consultation meeting as well as two additional meetings to ensure every details is exactly what you are imagining
- Unlimited emails, text or phone calls thirty days prior to the Big Day
- Itinerary creation for rehearsal as well as day of and distribution for all vendors as well as bridal party (rehearsal attendance included)
- Client will provide all vendor contact information as well as vendor expectations
- Management of vendor arrival, as well as distribute final payments and gratuities on your behalf on the day of the event
- Coordination of decor set up (decor styling, rental & custom projects available inquire within for more details) *Decor set up fee may be required for guests lists above 250
- Oversee bridal party lineup, distribution of bouquets and boutonnieres
- Management of timeline and coordination with appropriate wedding vendors and/or wedding party
- Ensure personal items, guestbook, gifts and leftovers are given to the agreed designated party and/or securing in a safe location
- Discount on our rental inventory
- From sunup to sundown we will be there to ensure your day is absolutely perfect in every little detail!

Fixin' to Set up & Tear Down
If your looking for more of someone coming in and setting up the decor you have already along with rentals or someone to help with tear down and don't want the coordination side of things - then this is the right package for you!
